IDEAL SPORT Accepted into the SHOT Clubhouse Global Goals Grant Programme
We are honoured and delighted to announce that Ideal Sport has been officially accepted into the SHOT Clubhouse Global Goals Grant Programme, as part of SHOT Clubhouse’s global commitment to Football for the Goals – a United Nations initiative that uses football as a platform to support the Sustainable Development Goals.
This represents significant international recognition of the work of Ideal Sport and opens new opportunities for the development of youth football in North Macedonia.
What does this mean for football clubs?
As an official grant holder, IDEAL SPORT will provide partner clubs participating in our development programmes with access to the SHOT Clubhouse platform – a modern digital system designed to support the organisation, education and development of football.
In the first phase, the grant will provide up to 600 free licences for clubs, coaches and players.
Clubs will gain access to a modern platform that can support organisation, communication, youth development and the improvement of their day-to-day work. Through this collaboration, we aim to create a connected network of clubs working according to modern principles, with access to international experience and knowledge.
What will coaches gain?
Coaches will have access to modern educational resources, professional development opportunities, improved planning and organisation of the training process, as well as digital tools to help them more effectively monitor and support the development of their players.
What will players gain?
Players will have the opportunity to become part of a modern development programme, track their own progress, receive structured guidance for their football development and learn in an environment aligned with the latest international standards in youth football.
Our Next Steps
In the coming period, the IDEAL SPORT team will become fully familiar with all the platform’s functionalities to ensure that its implementation is professional and successful.
Due to the summer break for clubs, the official onboarding process is expected to begin in mid-August, when presentations and training sessions will be organised for interested clubs and coaches.
This is only the beginning of a new chapter in the development of youth football in North Macedonia.
We sincerely thank SHOT Clubhouse for their trust and support. We are confident that through this partnership we can create new opportunities for our clubs, coaches, football professionals and, above all, for young footballers.
Together, we develop football. Together, we create a better future for the next generation.
