With your support and through this initiative, together we contribute to promoting the fundamental values of sport, prioritizing goodness above all, and showing that together we can make things even better.
👉🏻 We hope to inspire and encourage other top athletes to do the same in other football clubs, football schools, or schools across Macedonia.
👉🏻 Ideal Sport also sends the following advice to parents: Let your children enjoy and have fun in sports. Do not force them or put unnecessary pressure on them. When they make mistakes, give them support and encouragement. Teach them the basic sports values: to respect each other, cheer for each other, both in victory and defeat. This is a stage to enjoy together with your child and all other children; be happy that in today’s digital era, they are actively playing sports.
👉🏻 The path to becoming a top footballer has many stages and can be very tough, but without fundamental sports values, one cannot get anywhere. 👈🏻
⚽️👉🏻 To coaches working with children under 12 years old who promote results-focused play: we want to point out that this approach can harm the children themselves. This kind of pressure can have negative effects on the children and their future performance, and also creates unnecessary stress for the coaches themselves. Remember, this is not a Champions League final. Therefore, we kindly ask coaches to reconsider their approach and focus on the development and enjoyment of children in sports, without pushing them to become professionals too early.
👉🏻 Ideal Sport will continue with new activities and initiatives, with the ultimate goal of improving sports in Macedonia.
